We are now looking for more service staff in cleaning who want to contribute to a pleasant everyday life and workplace for all our customers.

Service Staff Cleaning

For our operations in Zinkgruvan, we are seeking responsible cleaners who want to join us on our journey to become the best service provider. The customer(s) for this position will involve cleaning in offices and industries, etc.

Your Responsibilities

As a cleaner at Asteri, you will work with cleaning in our customers' premises based on our service concept with a focus on delivering the best service. The tasks will mainly include:

• vacuuming
• mopping
• sweeping
• wiping
• spot cleaning
• dusting
• machine operation
• waste disposal
• refilling consumables

And other service-related tasks as needed.

Who are you?

You who are applying for this position have the ability to see, meet, and be responsive to our customers' needs, which also means you need to have a sense for upselling. You are comfortable working independently but are also a team player who values good relationships and collaboration with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

As a person, you are loyal and reliable. Furthermore, you possess the ability to ensure good quality for the customer and work proactively, which also means that you are expected to come up with suggestions for improvements based on your area of responsibility at your workplace.

For this position, experience in the cleaning profession or other service professions is highly meritorious. If you have a certification in SRY, PRYL, or INSTA800 or specialized training in floor care, window cleaning, etc., that is also an advantage.

Previous experience in the cleaning profession and experience with cleaning machines are required for this position.

We welcome applicants from the Askersund area or nearby Zinkgruvan.

A driving license (B) is a requirement for the position.

It is important that you master the Swedish language and can read and understand instructions in Swedish.

Other

The position is currently a temporary employment but may transition to part-time (approximately 20–30 hours/week). Working hours may vary between day, evening, and weekend.

Salary and employment benefits according to collective agreements.
