Närhälsan Tuve Health Center is a well-established clinic in Hisingen with approximately 10,700 registered patients.

We have specialist doctors in general medicine, ST and AT doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, and medical secretaries. About the job

Your tasks at the health center cover a wide range of responsibilities in the field of general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented in first-line care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.

The work includes both acute and planned activities. You work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up on patients. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the health center management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so supervision of students is also included in your role at the health center.

About you

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. Experience in primary care and/or having supervisor training of 7.5 credits is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits to the clinic. We also hope that you have an interest in digitalization and business development.

Travel in the job may occur, a B driver's license is required.

About the recruitment process

Selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call relevant candidates for a phone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
