About the Job

Job Responsibilities

You contribute to good care and support for users in their homes. You will work with individualized care, which may include social and physical activities, both individually and in groups. In your work, you assist the user with health and medical interventions as well as rehabilitative measures prescribed by other professionals.

A permanent care contact is included in the work, meaning you have special responsibility for one or more users. You help create good relationships with colleagues, users, and relatives. Ongoing documentation and responsibility for implementation plans are also included.

Who Are You

You take responsibility for your tasks, focus on the best interests of the users, and are keen to complete your work. You have the ability to take initiative and create trusting relationships based on care and empathy. You can work both independently and collaboratively with others.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good reading comprehension.
• Basic digital competence.
• Ability to cycle.

Meritorious:

• Experience in home care.
• Certified nursing assistant with protected professional title.

Other

• You will work scheduled hours such as days, evenings, and weekends.
• Your primary workplace will be the Centrum Väst home care unit, but you are employed in the entire Social Welfare Sector of Lidköping Municipality, which means you may work in other units.
• Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
• Selection will occur continuously during the recruitment period, and the position may therefore be filled before the application deadline.
