Randerslund Special Housing

Randerslund Special Housing is located in Ränneslöv, in a picturesque area, with opportunities for lovely walks. At Randerslund, we work for the residents' participation in their daily lives.

Randerslund consists of a total of 48 places distributed across six departments, three of which are dementia departments. Your primary placement will be in one of these departments, and we want you to be open to working throughout Randerslund, wherever you are needed. Like us, you value teamwork, where all professions are equally important, to achieve results that benefit the residents. You are passionate about being part of changing and developing the operations.

About the Position

The tasks in this role involve providing support and assistance to the residents living at Randerslund.

Supporting and aiding in the activities that the residents need help with in their daily lives, to enable them to continue living a meaningful and active life with a fulfilling daily routine.

You will assist the residents in activities, be involved in the establishment of implementation plans and follow-ups, case management, report and document in our support systems, perform delegated health and medical care tasks, participate in team meetings and staff meetings, establish good contacts with relatives and other important individuals for the individual. You contribute with innovative thinking and joy at work and take responsibility for one or more areas of responsibility that you are passionate about and want to develop.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

We are looking for someone who sees good service as a given, is flexible as a person, and views their workplace as a team where everyone helps each other. You have a degree from the nursing program and have passed grades in Swedish 1 (A) or Swedish as a second language and Social Studies 1 (A) or equivalent older education.

You are confident in yourself and your professional role, enjoy taking responsibility, and working independently. You should respect the residents' integrity, participation, and self-determination. You are attentive and work with respect for others. You are responsible and have the ability to adapt your work to the residents' needs and see opportunities instead of obstacles, and you are passionate about providing good service to the residents.

You are accustomed to documenting and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Personal suitability is of great importance.
