We at Nära Vård are now looking for a licensed nurse to join our Mobile team, where we are responsible for the on-call operations at Attendo's two special accommodations centrally located in Halmstad.

About the role As a nurse with us, you will have a varied job where you will work with planned interventions during on-call hours and make assessments and decisions regarding actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks.

As a nurse within Nära Vård, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team that works to empower the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Medication management

• Assessments of acute situations

• Perform planned interventions

• Supervision of nursing staff

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to plan and prioritize healthcare tasks. You strive to create high-quality care for those who live with us.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse

• At least three years of professional experience

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

• Driver's license B

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience from working in private care operations

• Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
