Attendo Nissabogatan/Westerbergs gata is a large centrally located nursing home with a total of 113 places distributed across 11 departments. We have nursing assistants, care assistants, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, chefs, activity coordinators, planners, and managers working with us.

Our focus is on Culture and Leisure as well as Sports and Spa, which means we have many enjoyable activities for our residents in these areas.

Job Description

As a care assistant/nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the daily lives of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

· Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes

· If necessary, assist with preparing and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.

· Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

· Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

· Experience in care work in elderly care

· Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

· Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

· Nursing assistant education of at least 1500 points.

· Experience in care work in elderly care

· Experience in delegation.

About the recruitment process
