About the job
Within the Child Health Care (BVC), you will work based on the basic program of child health care to promote children's health and development. Your tasks will include assessing children's development, supporting parental roles, home visits to our newborns, parent groups, doctor appointments, and telephone advice at BVC. You will play a significant role as an advisor to the families you meet.
About the workplace
Vårdcentralen Hertig Knut is a medium-sized primary care center with approximately 9,700 registered patients. The facility is located in the center of Halmstad. The primary care center consists of a medical clinic and district nurse clinic, laboratory for sample collection, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychologist, social worker, child health care center, and specialist clinics for asthma/COPD and diabetes.

About you
We are looking for you who are a district nurse or a licensed nurse with specialist training focused on health care for children and adolescents. Previous experience in outpatient work at BVC is an advantage.
We see that you have a pronounced service sense, are flexible, and have the ability to prioritize among tasks. It is also important that you find it easy to collaborate between different professions. We highly value cooperation and team spirit.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
