Who are you?

We are looking for a licensed nurse with experience in addiction care/psychiatry. If you are also passionate about supporting this patient group, that is an extra bonus. To thrive in this role, you should possess knowledge and understanding of addiction issues and feel confident in your professional role. We highly value personal suitability. Your responsibilities include:

Health Monitoring: Responsible for monitoring and assessing clients' physical and mental health.

Medication Management: Central role in administering and monitoring medication for maintenance treatment.

Health and Medical Planning: Participation in the design and implementation of individual health and medical plans.

Collaboration with Other Staff: Close collaboration with various professional groups at Lejongårdar to ensure holistic care.

Documentation: Careful documentation of medical history and care plans.

Support and Counseling: Being an important resource for clients and staff, providing support and counseling regarding medication, health, and well-being.

Working hours are scheduled 1-2 days/week, daytime (07:45-16:00) in Laholm.
