Located in a scenic environment that offers a safe and homely atmosphere, we focus on encouraging independence and individual development for our residents.

Karlshäll:

In this idyllic part of Gotland, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents with dedicated staff working for a meaningful everyday life.

Your mission:

As an employee with us, your job is to motivate and support the residents in their daily lives, promoting independence and participation. Tasks include:

• Administering medication and ensuring that our residents receive the care they need.
• Assisting with cleaning and creating a pleasant environment.
• Participating in cooking and joint activities such as beach trips, kubb, and picnics.
• Supporting activation and socializing with residents in a professional and caring manner.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive and has a desire to create a good everyday life for our residents.
• Has an understanding of people in exclusion and is creative in planning fun activities.
• Has experience or education as a nursing assistant, social pedagogue, childcare worker, or other equivalent education (meritorious).

You should be able to speak and write Swedish, have good computer skills, and a B driver's license is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and to ensure safety, we require a background check.

Schedule and salary:
