Job Responsibilities As a temporary Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and have overall responsibility for the workshop. In this role, you will work with your team to create an efficient and safe workplace by maintaining and developing existing routines. Your tasks will also include creating good conditions for customer satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, revenue, and productivity within service/aftermarket and workshop. Furthermore, the Workshop Manager is responsible for ensuring that labor market agreements and occupational safety and health laws are followed, as well as achieving set quality goals.

A strong focus is placed on leadership and responsibility for the entire employment cycle - everything from recruitment, management and distribution of work, resource and competence assurance, to development and engagement of staff and salary setting. Key competencies/abilities: You are motivated by challenges and have a strong drive that makes you thrive in a role where you can develop and take responsibility. You have the ability to inspire and lead others with enthusiasm, and you know how to create a strong team spirit. In addition, you have a genuine interest in improving processes and routines as well as developing your employees, which means you constantly strive to elevate both the team's and the workshop's performance.

We also see that you have:

  • A couple of years of experience in the automotive industry and a managerial role

  • Good general computer skills, preferably with the business system Kobra

  • Driving license B

If you have a vehicle engineering education or have previously worked as a Workshop Manager, that is a big plus!
