Your role as a pharmacist with LMA authorization at Kronans Apotek in Kungsholmstorg.

We are looking for an engaged and experienced pharmacist who wants to become Kronans Apotek's expert in prescription medications and self-care products. The pharmacy is located in beautiful Kungsholmen. Our typical customers are families with children, the elderly, or self-care customers. You will work alongside a competent and collaborative team consisting of 3 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy technicians who collectively take responsibility for the pharmacy and create customer experiences of the highest quality.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medications and self-care products to working with inventory management, campaigns, quality work, and development. You are responsible for ensuring that the operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances for outpatient pharmacies. The role also includes the following tasks within your area of responsibility:

• Dispensing medications and providing safe and professional patient counseling while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
• Contributing to participation and good collaboration within the pharmacy through close cooperation with colleagues.
• Ensuring that regular self-inspections of the pharmacy are conducted and that the pharmacy meets the requirements for self-control.
• Managing deviations and deficiencies that arise in the pharmacy, assessing these, and taking necessary actions.
• Having overall responsibility for monitoring the quality of the operations and contributing to spreading knowledge about good medication use and quality within the team.

The pharmacy is open 08-19 on weekdays, 10-16 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent position with full-time/part-time options, and you will belong to pharmacy manager Sevda Bayramova's team. Desired start date is according to agreement.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You have solid experience as a pharmacist and want to share your knowledge to contribute to good medication use and improved health – both for customers and colleagues.

For the LMA role, you need to have at least two years of experience from a Swedish outpatient pharmacy and at least one year of documented quality work. We believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards common goals.
