We are looking for an engaged and creative Digital Productivity Coach who combines pedagogical skills with technical expertise. You are a coach at heart, a clear communicator, and someone driven to increase productivity by helping users get the most out of their digital workplace.

About the Role

As a Digital Productivity Coach, you assist employees in working smarter by using the tools they already have – and sometimes new ones. You combine a high understanding of user needs with practical technical skills and can translate IT language into concrete business benefits.

You will work on developing the digital workplace, strengthening user adoption, and creating inspiring learning materials in various formats. The role involves close collaboration with global DPC teams and other functions within the organization.

Responsibilities

Drive innovation by encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and creative thinking
Collaborate with global DPC teams to improve productivity and streamline workflows
Lead initiatives in digital transformation and development of the digital workplace
Develop strategies for user adoption and change management
Create and deliver training, workshops, and inspiring sessions
Produce learning materials in various formats – such as text, guides, and video
Coordinate and ensure quality in the production of audio and video materials

Your Profile

Humble, curious, and willing to constantly learn new things
Experience with AI (LLM), Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams
Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
Understanding of digital transformation and production of learning materials
Creative problem-solving skills
Experience in video and media production
Experience from IT support or user assistance with a focus on user needs and customer experience
Experience in creating engaging training materials and delivering inspiring presentations
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and other no-code/low-code tools
Good knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS

Additional Information

This position means that you will be employed by Konsultia but spend your workdays at our client.
