We are now looking for nursing assistants to join our growing team who want to work evenings/weekends/days with us in Ekerö. Here, we have 50 employees, one unit manager, and one assistant unit manager who do their best for our customers every day. Our office is located with good transport links near Ekerö center and a few minutes by bus from Slagsta ferry. We are now looking for various positions for daytime, evening, and weekend work every other weekend.

Adeocare in Ekerö strives for high continuity for our customers and works to ensure that our regular staff have the same schedule when they work. We have very good results in the annual customer survey, achieving 98% in overall customer satisfaction and 100% in responsiveness, etc. We have several social activities for our customers and our staff.

Our unit is also star-rated, which is a training that our employees can attend. In our team, we also have several specialist nursing assistants and a Silvia sister who supports colleagues with challenges that may arise.

Job Responsibilities:

You will visit our customers and provide support in their daily lives. Your tasks include assisting with:

• personal care and hygiene

• cleaning

• shopping

• laundry

• meals

• walks

• escorting

• relief

Your tasks also include documenting according to legal requirements.

Qualifications and Characteristics:

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has at least a couple of years of experience in elderly care, preferably from home care. You need to be able to document on a computer and have good knowledge of Swedish.

You who apply are passionate about providing good service to your customers, and one of your strengths is being able to see their individual needs. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and are happy to take your own initiatives.

A driving license B is an advantage.
