IT Support with a Focus on Operations and Security

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an IT support specialist, you will work closely with the business and be an important part of ensuring a stable and secure IT environment. You will support users in their daily work while gaining insight into operations, automation, and security efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to users in an office environment
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, and mobile phones
• Install and configure workstations
• Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and/or Azure AD
• Work in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office)
• Participate in improvement work related to the IT environment and security
• Assist in the rollout of devices and applications

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Are currently pursuing a post-secondary education in IT or similar and will graduate no earlier than June 2027
• Have experience in IT support, service desk, or similar (work or internship)
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Have basic knowledge of Active Directory or Azure AD
• Are accustomed to troubleshooting computers and simpler IT-related issues
• Have a good sense of service and communication skills

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune or Autopilot
• Basic networking knowledge (e.g., VPN)
• Worked in a ticketing system
• Interest in IT security or experience with Microsoft Defender
