Packaging Operator at Arla – Stockholm Dairy

Part-time Night Positions

Do you enjoy working with machines and technology? We are now looking for part-time production staff based in Kallhäll who want to join us on our journey.

What does the role involve?

As an operator at Arla, you will be part of the team in the packaging department where you will work together to package dairy products. Your responsibilities will include:

· Packaging consumer milk by operating our machines and robots

· Managing quality systems to ensure the right product quality

· Actively participating in improvement work related to work methods and technical challenges

· Reporting and documenting production and product data in data systems

· Performing hygiene work according to current requirements and instructions

· Taking responsibility for active work within the framework of Arla Foods' environmental policy, external environment, and work environment

Working Hours

The working hours are scheduled for nights, 22:45-07:15 every other weekend (Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday nights). The position is a probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment. Start date in April or as agreed.

Who are you?

To work with us, it is a requirement that you are at least 18 years old, due to the working hours of the position (AFS 2012:3 §19). Since you must be able to understand safety regulations and manuals, we would like you to have good knowledge of Swedish.

You also need to be available for training for about FOUR consecutive working weeks.

We are looking for someone who has at least:

· A 3-year technical education from high school or a vocational preparatory program in electrical, automotive technology, automation, or similar

· Post-secondary vocational training in electrical, automotive technology, automation, or similar
