As a car painter, you will be responsible for the painting and surface treatment of vehicles. You will work closely with the workshop team, sales, and administrative colleagues to ensure high quality at every step.

• Perform preparatory surface work, sanding, filling, and painting of body parts

• Ensure correct color choices and mixtures, and follow color charts and technical instructions

• Perform machine and hand polishing as well as finishing work before delivery

• Check and document quality and deviation management

• Work according to safety and environmental requirements, including handling chemicals and waste

• Coordinate with the workshop and logistics to meet delivery times

• Contribute to improvements in processes and working methods within the department

• Professional experience in painting work or equivalent practical experience

• Knowledge of color systems and mixing techniques; training in paint technology is an advantage

• Good technical understanding and attention to detail

• Experience working according to safety and environmental regulations

• Good communication skills in Swedish; English is an advantage

• Driver's license B is a requirement

• Service-oriented and professional in customer and colleague meetings

• Structured, meticulous, and responsible

• Problem-solving and proactive with a desire to contribute to the team's development

• Flexible and accustomed to prioritizing in a varied work environment
