Do you want to work with paving and help create roads that last over time?

We are looking for someone ready to take the first step into the industry as a paving worker. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

As a paving worker, you will be part of a close-knit team where no day is the same. You will work practically with various tasks related to asphalt and paving, and you will have the opportunity to develop alongside experienced colleagues.

Working as a paving worker means that both the workplace and working hours vary, which requires some flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Paving work with machine/manual

• Screed operator

• Compaction

• Gluing

The asphalt season is most intense from April to December when you will work longer days. This is compensated with time off with retained salary from Christmas until mid-March the following year.

• Enjoys physical work and working in a team

You will work together with others in a team, and you depend on each other to succeed. You find it natural to see your work as a team effort where you care about delivering a neat and thorough job together with your colleagues. You should have good physical fitness as the work can be physically demanding, and you should enjoy working outdoors for most of the year.
