About the Company
As an operator, you will be an important part of a team, responsible for producing raw materials into finished products. You will play a central role in creating the foundation for everything that is produced.
You will handle raw materials such as sugar, flavors, and concentrates, monitor the process, and ensure through analysis that each batch meets the right specifications. In your daily work, you will use advanced control systems, which are the hub of the entire preparation process. Here, you will start and control mixtures, monitor flows, ensure correct dosing, and manage alarms and adjustments to maintain top quality.
This is a role for someone who enjoys practical, technical work. As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and data-driven. With our client, you will be part of an engaged team that learns from each other, develops together, and has fun at work.
Practical Information:
Location: South of Stockholm
Employment Type: Hourly employment as needed.
Working Hours: Primarily scheduled for day shifts. Working hours 06:00 - 14:10 and 14:05 - 22:30.
Training: Requires a continuous training period of about 4 weeks, during which you need to be able to work 80–100%. After training, shifts will be scheduled based on the needs of the business.
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling raw materials and combining them according to instructions and recipes.
- Quality assuring each batch by analyzing and checking that the product meets product specifications.
- Ensuring a smooth production flow by timely replacing empty IBC containers so that concentrates and chemicals are always available.
- Working hygienically and safely according to GMP, hygiene guidelines, and applicable food standards.
- Receiving and registering raw materials such as sugar, flavors, and concentrates, ensuring everything is documented correctly in the SAP system.
- Caring for equipment by performing cleaning, inspection, and lubrication according to asset care routines.
- Troubleshooting and resolving minor deviations or escalating further according to the client's processes, to maintain high safety, quality, and efficient operations.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you need:
- At least two years of experience in a process-oriented environment, preferably within food, beverage, dairy, brewing, pharma, or other hygiene-controlled production.
- Knowledge of asset care and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with systems - you are proficient in the Office suite and enjoy working with control systems and digital tools.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A forklift license is desirable.
As a person, you work carefully and methodically, with a strong sense of order and clear routines. You are analytical, have a genuine technical interest, and thrive in an environment where you can work closely with machines, processes, and control systems. You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by being part of a dynamic and eventful workplace where a lot is happening at the same time.
