About the Role

This is a broad and varied role where you combine:

• Installation and troubleshooting
• Commissioning of automated solutions
• Customer contact and consulting
• Project planning and some administration

Approximately 75% of your time will be spent on-site with installation and troubleshooting. The remaining time consists of customer dialogue, planning, quoting, and follow-up. You are responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out professionally and efficiently – from start to final delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation and troubleshooting of blinds, awnings, curtains, and automated solar protection
• Consulting and selling solutions tailored to the customer's needs
• Planning and execution of projects
• Documentation and follow-up

• Has experience in the solar protection industry
• Has worked with installation and troubleshooting
• Is used to customer contact and taking personal responsibility
• Thrives in a smaller organization with varied tasks

• Experience in project management
