Your Role

You will be part of a flexible assembly team where we work with everything from simpler to more complex wiring used in various applications. In this role, you will also participate in the product development process and contribute with manufacturability perspectives in close collaboration with the design department and support functions such as production engineering and quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Assembly of wiring as well as electronics and mechanics for series products and prototypes
• Participation in the development of prototypes based on provisional documentation
• Contribute to efficiencies and improvements in production

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and manufacturing. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and thrive in an environment that is constantly evolving. The role requires good collaboration skills and the ability to work together with both development engineers and production technicians.

We are looking for someone who has

• High school qualifications in electronics or similar technical education
• Experience in wiring or electronics assembly
• Knowledge of working according to IPC A-610 or IPC A-620
• Soldering certificate (FSD 5115 or equivalent)
• Ability to read and understand drawings, such as circuit diagrams
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is advantageous if you have

• Experience with advanced electronics and mechanical constructions
• Experience with administrative planning systems (MPS)
• Training in or knowledge of ESD

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may, in some cases, be requirements for certain citizenship.
