Do you want to take the next step as a foreman in electrical work and work on one of Sweden's most critical infrastructure projects?

We are now recruiting a Electrical Foreman to Elektrosignal Infra, an established player in the railway and critical infrastructure sector. The role is linked to the management of the expanded subway new subway in Stockholm and is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by Elektrosignal Infra.

About the role

As an Electrical Foreman, you will have a central role in production. You are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on electrical work during the project's implementation phase and act as the link between project management, installers, subcontractors, and clients. The focus is on safety, quality, time, and economy.

Examples of tasks:

• Supervision of electrical installations in tunnel and infrastructure environments
• Planning of production, staffing, materials, and establishment
• Coordination with other disciplines and contractors
• Monitoring of schedules, changes, deviations, and daily documentation
• Ensuring compliance with ESA, work environment, and project regulations
• Participation in construction and coordination meetings as well as site follow-ups

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as a foreman or leading installer in electrical work (infrastructure, tunnels, construction or industry is an advantage but not a requirement)
• Is structured, clear, and confident in your leadership on-site
• Has a good understanding of contract flows, coordination, and documentation
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, English is an advantage
• Has a B driver's license

Meritorious

• Experience from the subway, SL, or larger infrastructure projects
• ESA 19/21 or equivalent, BAS-U/BAS-P
• Lift, wheel loader, or SSG training
• Experience with design documents, self-checks, and digital tools (e.g., Office package, Bluebeam)
