About the position

As the team leader for the meat department, you will be responsible for a team of ten people. You are the meat master who is passionate about beef and lamb, and you have the ability to recommend and inspire both customers and colleagues. You actively work with preparation, sales, and promotion of meat products, ensuring that the department maintains the highest quality and service.

You have overall responsibility for the self-control system, including temperature controls and documentation. You plan staffing and ensure that work flows smoothly, even during evenings and weekends according to a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team in the meat department
• Ensure high quality of meat and customer service
• Recommend products and inspire cooking
• Be responsible for self-control, temperature controls, and documentation

Qualifications

• Solid experience in meat and food, preferably as a meat master or similar
• Good knowledge of beef and lamb
• Understanding of self-control systems and documentation
• Experience in leading teams is an advantage
• Organized and responsible
