ABOUT THE ROLE

As a machine or process operator at Lantmännen, you will work with the preparation or packaging of pasta or breakfast cereals (depending on which department you are in). It is important to follow established routines and schedules. Hygiene checks as well as cleaning and maintenance of machines are obvious and very important tasks. Occasionally, the work can be physically demanding, but there are good aids available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that your workplace is clean and meets all hygiene requirements

• Responsible for monitoring the packaging process

• Checks, quality assures, and documents the various work steps

• Handles machines and performs troubleshooting and basic maintenance as needed

You are solution-oriented and do not hesitate to pitch in where needed. At the same time, you work independently, have good teamwork skills, and a genuine interest and commitment to food production.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• High school education

• Forklift license, A1

• Technical interest

• Experience using computers

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form as well as reading comprehension

PREFERABLE

• Previous experience in industry and production

• Experience from the food industry

• Having a car and driver's license is a plus for easier access to the workplace

Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement, work throughout the summer

Extent: Full-time, working hours are scheduled according to 2- or 3-shift. Daytime work may occur.

Location: Södertälje Järna (Snickarvägen 9, 153 35 Järna)
