WeStaff Sweden is currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a modern industrial operation in northern Stockholm.

The company is an international manufacturer of technically advanced equipment with customers worldwide. We are now looking for an individual interested in contributing to our team.

About the role:

As an operator, you will work in a precision manufacturing environment focusing on punching and press brake machines. Following internal training, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring quality, and contributing to efficient production.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with setup and adjustment of CNC-controlled machines

• Handling tasks related to punching and press brake operations

• Ensuring manufactured parts meet correct tolerances and quality according to applicable standards

• Working in business systems related to production

• Participating in improvement work and process development

You will become part of the production team with excellent opportunities for further development within the organization.

Responsibilities in the role

• Follow established work routines and safety regulations

• Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Perform basic maintenance of tools and machines

• Stop production in case of deviations and report accordingly

• Ensure that non-conforming products are handled correctly

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a technical interest who thrives in a practical role.

We prefer that you have:

• Experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably sheet metal or workshop

• Experience working with machines (CNC experience is an asset)

• Knowledge of blueprint reading (an asset)

• Good skills in Swedish and English

• Basic computer skills

• Forklift license (an asset)

You are meticulous, responsible, and have an eye for quality. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you are eager to contribute ideas for improvements.

• Start: Immediate

• Scope: Full-time, long-term assignment

• Working hours: Day shift, Monday–Friday

• Location: Northern Stockholm
