About the role
As warehouse staff at Tollco AB, you have a central function in the business. You are responsible for handling incoming and outgoing goods correctly, ensuring inventory balances are accurate, and that our customers receive their deliveries on time. The role is operational and varied, with a strong focus on quality, structure, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
In the role, you will among other things:
Goods Receipt
- Receive and check incoming deliveries
- Ensure that delivered goods match delivery notes and purchase orders
- Check quantities, item numbers, and any transport damage
- Handle discrepancies and complaints as needed
Warehouse Management
- Register incoming goods in business and warehouse systems
- Label and place materials in the correct storage location
- Ensure order, structure, and high quality in the warehouse
- Work according to established processes and routines
Order Processing and Delivery
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Ensure that the correct products and quantities are delivered
- Book transport and prepare goods for delivery
- Load and handle outgoing deliveries
Inventory and Stock Control
- Participate in ongoing and periodic inventories
- Conduct cycle counts
- Ensure correct inventory balances in the business system
- Investigate and report any discrepancies
Forklift Operation
- Drive forklifts safely and efficiently
- Follow current safety and occupational health procedures
Improvement Work
- Contribute to the development of warehouse processes and work routines
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
- Participate in work to increase quality, safety, and delivery precision
We are looking for you who
- Have experience in warehouse work, logistics, or material handling
- Are meticulous, structured, and responsible
- Enjoy a fast pace and varied tasks
- Have good collaboration skills and a positive attitude
- Are accustomed to working in business or warehouse systems
- Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Merits
- Forklift license
- Experience from manufacturing industry or technical operations
- Experience with inventory and warehouse management
- Experience with freight booking systems

Terms of Employment
- Permanent employment with a six-month probation period
- Work on day and evening shifts
- Location: Knivsta
- Start date: ASAP
