We at WeStaff Sweden are now looking for machine operators for night shifts in Northern Stockholm for a world-leading technology company. In this role, you combine advanced technology with micro-scale craftsmanship and help create products used worldwide.

The Role

As an operator, you will become a central part of the manufacturing of high-tech products. You will work with CNC polishing machines, fine-tuning, and product measurement. The work takes place in a clean, modern, and precision-controlled production environment where the focus is on quality, accuracy, and collaboration.

Working hours: Full-time, Night shift Monday-Friday

Start: Immediately

Location: Northern Stockholm

Your responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC polishing machines
• Monitor CNC equipment
• Measure and check the quality of produced material
• Participate in improvement work for processes and routines
• Collaborate with colleagues in production and the technical team

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, technically interested, and enjoys structured work. You thrive with responsibility, like working independently but also appreciate contributing to a team. You have a natural sense for details and quality, and are driven to do a job really well, every time.

We would like you to have:

• Experience as a machine operator/assembler in fine mechanical production
• Knowledge in optics or metrology
• Ability to read drawings and technical instructions
• Interest in contributing to continuous improvements in production

Advantageous – extra plus if you have:

• Experience working in cleanrooms or high-tech environments
• Previous work with polishing or CNC machines
• Experience of working in cleanrooms
• Technical education or relevant professional experience within production
• Experience with measuring instruments and inspection equipment
