Do you have experience as a machine operator and enjoy technical work, quality, and structured routines? We are now looking for a Machine Operator – Punching & Press Brake for our client in Upplands Väsby. This role is perfect for someone seeking a stable full-time position in a well-established business focused on quality and production.

About the Role

In this role, you will primarily work with our punching and press brake machines, ensuring that products meet specified quality requirements and adhering to daily production routines. You will quickly gain a good overview of the workflow and become an important part of the team.

You will work alongside a small team where mutual support, structure, responsibility, and good work ethic are highly valued.

Example Responsibilities

• Handle tasks related to punching and press brake machines
• Quality control of manufactured products according to specified tolerances
• Reporting and management in business systems
• Follow daily routines and safety regulations
• Contribute to the maintenance of machines and tools
• Stop production in case of deviations and inform the immediate supervisor

Who Are You?

You have experience from the workshop industry, preferably in sheet metal, and are comfortable following routines and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production or the workshop industry
• Forklift license
• Driver's license and access to a car to commute to/from the workplace
• Swedish and English spoken and written

Advantageous

• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience in sheet metal processing
• Experience with quality control

• Start: Immediate
• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday
• Location: Upplands Väsby
