About the role:

As part of the team, you will work in a cleanroom environment where you handle production equipment, chemicals, and tools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Production: Manufacturing according to process documentation and specifications, which requires accuracy and precision.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet set standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for keeping production equipment in good condition through preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Documentation: Document and report on production processes to ensure traceability and follow up on any deviations.
  • Collaboration: Work together with colleagues to improve the production flow and ensure lead times are met, while contributing to a positive work environment.

During your journey, you will receive training and support from competent supervisors, enabling you to quickly become a valuable asset to the company.

Requirements for the role:

Previous experience in the process industry or as a process technician is meritorious, but we are looking for you with the following qualities:

  • You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
  • You are ready to work in a sterile environment and thrive in it.
  • You can work mornings, evenings, and nights.
  • You have a willingness to learn and take pride in your work.
  • You can concentrate for longer periods.
  • You have a clean criminal record.

Note that the recruitment process includes drug and alcohol testing, background checks, and reference checks.

Working hours:

Shift work applies at this workplace, specifically intermittent 5-shift system.

You work a maximum of 30 hours per week but are paid as if you work full-time – This provides a perfect balance between work and leisure.
