Logent Staffing is now recruiting operators for assignments at AstraZeneca. The positions are based at the Sweden Biomanufacturing Center. As this is a consulting assignment, you will be employed by Logent Staffing and seconded to AstraZeneca.

AstraZeneca's Biological Factory in Södertälje, Gärtuna, is a central part of AstraZeneca's strategy for the production of biological medicines. In the factory, clinical and commercial products are formulated, filled, assembled, sewn, and packed. We can now offer a highly varied role where tasks will change as the factory receives and launches new products.

There is now a very exciting opportunity to become part of the organization at the Sweden Biomanufacturing Center as our next Process Operator!

Working hours are primarily scheduled on 3-shift or 5-shift rotations.

Your Role as Operator

Examples of tasks and responsibilities:

• Work with the development and/or improvement of documentation and work processes.
• Formulation, filling, sewing, assembly, and packing of clinical and commercial products.
• Documentation of work steps.
• Ensure the operation of equipment.
• Participate in and contribute to improvement and optimization work.
• Develop your own and your colleagues' competencies.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has upper secondary education in Technology or Natural Sciences, or alternatively at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Studies at Mälardalen Technical High School (MTG) are meritorious.
• Has very good skills in spoken, written, and reading comprehension in Swedish. A documentation test will be conducted during the interview.
• Has good skills in spoken, written, and reading comprehension in English.
• Is computer literate and comfortable working/learning to work in various administrative and computerized systems.
• Has the ability to independently document your work.
• Is customer-focused and has good collaboration skills and social competence.
• Has a strong interest in technology and a willingness to develop your technical knowledge.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience working in a manufacturing LEAN environment.
• Experience working in an aseptic environment.
