Do you want to lead production from order to delivery across multiple channels? ICA Reklam is looking for an experienced Production Manager to drive printed and digital productions while ensuring quality, cost, and timelines. You will be part of ICA's internal in-house agency that operates like an advertising agency, delivering communication to various parts of ICA.

About the role of Production Manager

ICA Reklam functions as both an in-house agency and an advertising agency within the same team. We are an extension of ICA's marketing department and receive most of our assignments from ICA Group's companies and stores, including ICA Banken, ICA Försäkring, and ICA Fastigheter, as well as Sortiment & inköp. The assignments vary in channel and format.

You will manage incoming assignments, clarify needs, and create briefs. The role includes cost estimates, resource planning, and timelines, as well as dialogue with printers and digital suppliers. The work is done closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and Art Directors, ensuring that deliveries follow the brief and requirements. Proofreading, delivery flow, and deadlines are monitored throughout the production process.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of experience leading production in advertising or marketing
• knowledge of print production and printing technical requirements
• experience in cost calculation, resource planning, and managing timelines
• experience in driving assignments with many points of contact
• post-secondary education in marketing or graphic communication or equivalent experience
• good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written

Location

The position is located in Kungälv with primary presence in the office and the possibility of some remote work. Selection is ongoing.
