As a technical manager, you will be the spider in the web for your properties. You will be responsible for operations, maintenance, and finances – from budget planning to customer dialogue. You will be the only one in your role in the area but will have strong support from colleagues and your manager.Examples of tasks:

•  Be responsible for the properties' operations, maintenance, and finances (budget, follow-up, analysis).
•  Develop and follow up supplier agreements (e.g., snow removal, gardening, FM agreements).
•  Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in inspections.
•  Manage insurance matters and minor projects (renovations, conversions).
•  Ongoing contact with tenants focusing on customer care.
•  Energy optimization and development of maintenance plans.

• 3–5 years of experience as a technical manager, or in property operations or energy.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written.
• Driving license B.

• Knowledge in energy optimization.
• Education in property management, energy, or operations.
