We are looking for a technical trainer and training coordinator who wants to plan and conduct training, both in the office and on-site with customers, with travel as a natural part of the role. ABOUT THE POSITION:

Our client is a global defense and security company operating in aerospace, land, and maritime defense, civil security, and commercial aviation technology. Technically, they are leaders in many areas, and one-fifth of their revenue goes to research and development. You will work in project teams and are expected to be able to work both independently and together with the training team. A solid technical background and pedagogical rhetoric are advantageous. We see that you are curious and eager to understand a product to engage listeners and create good teaching conditions in the best possible way.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop course descriptions and training materials
• Plan and conduct training internally and for external participants
• Collaborate with other teams and functions to understand needs and dependencies

When you are not conducting training on your own, you will support colleagues with presentation materials and teaching methods. You will also participate in working groups at both project and organizational levels, for example, to develop common training packages or improve training processes. The role may involve travel to customers for training efforts.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU:

We are looking for someone with technical competence and pedagogical drive who wants to work with technical training. You may have experience from the education sector, internal competence development, or be an engineer with experience in conducting training in your current job or from your education. Additionally, we see that you should have:

• Completed post-secondary education in industrial economics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used daily in dialogue with customers
• Enjoy a role focused on development and learning and can handle a fast pace with changing priorities It is not a requirement but considered advantageous if you:
  
• Have knowledge of maintenance preparation and development of maintenance concepts
• Have previous experience working in the defense industry

As a person, you are structured and engaged, with clear communication skills. You thrive in collaborations and are a cooperative person who contributes to good interactions with others.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday. Since our client operates in the defense industry, you will need to undergo a security clearance if you proceed in the recruitment process.
