This Position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving transport and documentation processes. You will ensure that goods are received and shipped in accordance with quality standards, legal requirements, and cost efficiency targets. The position also involves optimizing inbound and outbound flows while securing reliable deliveries to both internal and external stakeholders.
This is an onsite position.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor transport activities within the local unit to ensure high-quality and efficient operations.
- Prepare and manage all required transportation documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and develop operational relationships with transport suppliers, implementing transport-related plans and processes.
- Review and validate transportation invoices, ensuring correct cost allocation and financial transparency.
Qualifications for the role
- Highly experienced in import and export handling within the AV machinery market.
- Solid expertise in logistics, transportation, and distribution of materials and goods (both SFG and FG).
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- Comfortable communicating fluently in both Swedish and English.
