In this customer service role, you will have a central function in interacting with Danske Bank's customers. The role combines service, advisory, and business understanding with the goal of creating a smooth and qualitative customer experience.

In this role, you will:

• Assist customers with banking-related questions and matters

• Inform about Danske Bank's products and services

• Guide customers to self-help via the website and banking app

• Work to resolve the customer's matter on the first contact

• Handle customer contact primarily via phone, as well as via email and chat

• Conduct needs analyses and tailor services and products to the customer's needs

The role offers the opportunity for certification in information provision of securities and involves working in a customer service operation where customer satisfaction and availability are central.

Who are you? We are looking for an engaged team player with the drive to develop, contribute in dialogues, and take the initiative for improvements. The role requires goal focus, a holistic perspective, and an open, collaborative working style.

We are looking for you who:

 - Have a complete high school education

- Master Swedish and English in speech and writing

- Have good computer and system skills

We would like you to have knowledge of or an interest in economics, preferably in securities, as well as general work experience. It is an advantage if you have an academic education in this area, but it is not a requirement.

• Start: 3/3 2026

• Location: Linköping

• Employment form: Full-time, permanent position with an initial probationary period

• Working hours: Monday to Friday within the hours of 07:45 – 18:00

• Salary: Individual salary setting, collective agreement applies. Hourly-based monthly salary.
