We are now looking for a licensed district nurse. Preferably with further education/experience in heart failure, elderly care, or diabetes.

Victoria Care and Health is a well-functioning and pleasant privately owned health center in Limhamn with a care agreement with Region Skåne.

We have about 40 employees in professions such as doctors, nurses, district nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, social workers, nursing assistants, dietitians, chiropractors, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries. Together, we work to provide our patients with safe and accessible care of high quality and with a good reception.

The health center has several specialist clinics such as Triage, Diabetes, Asthma/COPD, Psychiatry, Elderly Care, and a branch with a large rehabilitation clinic. We have about 9,000 registered patients. The health center is located in a quiet and expanding area in Limhamn with good public transport connections and parking facilities for staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you with documented education as a licensed district nurse. Experience from outpatient work at a health center and education in heart failure and/or diabetes is an advantage. You should have good knowledge in nursing as well as the Swedish language, and it is an advantage if you have knowledge in PMO.

We are currently a wonderful, cheerful team of 10 nurses/district nurses working at the health center. In your role as a district nurse, you are an important asset to the organization. Your tasks include telephone advice, triage reception, nurse reception, and other nursing tasks that occur at the health center.
