Receptionist / Patient Coordinator at Tandtorget Lund

About the Role

Tandtorget Lund is growing, and we are now looking for a receptionist who wants to take ownership of the patient flow and create a first-class experience from the first contact to the completion of treatment. The reception is the hub of the clinic. This is where the pace, structure, and patient experience are set.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception and daily patient contact
• Handle bookings, rescheduling, and phone calls
• Ensure that the appointment book is optimized and filled
• Respond to emails and digital inquiries continuously
• Process payments and handle administrative tasks
• Follow up with patients and contribute to a high level of service
• Be a central part of the team's daily operations

We are looking for someone who

• Is structured and takes responsibility
• Is service-oriented and confident in meeting people
• Can juggle many tasks without losing quality
• Is solution-oriented and proactive
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating order and flow

Experience in dental care or healthcare services is an advantage but not a requirement. Personality, structure, and drive are the most important.
