The production kitchen at Ljungby Hospital has the primary task of ensuring that inpatients receive nutritious and tasty food that supports their recovery. This also includes Ljungrätten's café and lunch restaurant, which welcomes both employees and visitors. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will have a developing job where you prepare good, safe, nutritious, and sustainable meals for our patients and visitors.

You will have variety in your work as you will be involved in daily planning and preparation of meals and special diets. You will work in a team where collaboration and responsibility are central.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school education in restaurant and food or equivalent education/experience. You have current knowledge of food hygiene and several years of experience in the profession. If you also have experience from large kitchens or similar operations, we consider it an advantage.

You have a strong commitment and interest in food. It is also desirable that you have experience with some dietary data system.

In your work, you will have many contacts, so it is important that you have the ability to create good relationships. You are easy to collaborate with and have a knack for providing good service. You are meticulous and responsible.

Sometimes the work pace can be a bit higher, so it is important that you can handle stressful situations well and work in a structured manner.

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
