At the historic Villa Utsikten in Karlshamn, food and drinks have been served since the early 1900s. The charming villa with its outdoor seating is located in a picturesque area with a unique view of the Baltic Sea and the Blekinge archipelago. On sunny days, both locals and tourists come here to enjoy a good coffee, superb food, and a cold drink, with or without alcohol. The menu consists of simple yet good food, and we offer a solid selection of natural wines as well as a Czech beer bar.

Villa Utsikten reopened in 2025, and our new ownership group mainly consists of established restaurateurs who run several restaurants in Malmö and Växjö, united by a passion for good food, fine drinks, old buildings, culture, and great dining experiences.

Our menu is summery and simple but requires thorough preparation. We focus on organic and locally produced ingredients, and the menu is inspired by Swedish and Central European classics, featuring both meat and vegan dishes.

We are looking for a skilled head chef with a strong sense of quality. You are reliable, efficient in the kitchen, and a good colleague who collaborates well with other staff members.
