Hakee – fast casual Asian comfort food

Hakee is a modern fast-casual concept rooted in Asian cuisine, where well-prepared food, beautiful surroundings, and personal service are the focus. The concept is created by the team behind Rosegarden but operates as its own brand with a clear expression and high ambitions.

We are now looking for an engaged kitchen assistant who wants to be part of our team. The position is a combined kitchen and serving role, which means you will help create the overall experience for our guests – from preparation to service.

No previous kitchen experience is required.

We work with clear recipes, structures, and on-the-job training. For us, attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn are the most important. However, if you have experience in a kitchen or restaurant, it is a plus.

About the role

As a kitchen assistant at Hakee, you will:

• Prepare and cook dishes in the kitchen according to our recipes and routines
• Clean and wash dishes in the kitchen and serving areas as needed
• Provide guests with a warm, personal, and professional welcome
• Work both in service and kitchen depending on needs
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean, tidy, and pleasant
• Collaborate closely with colleagues for a smooth workflow
• Receive guest feedback and contribute to the development of the business
