AB Gyllengrip at Folaboda Musteri & Bränneri, located outside Urshult in Tingsryd Municipality, is looking for staff for our summer café.

We are seeking café staff who will work under an experienced supervisor. Previous experience in the restaurant or café industry, along with a genuine understanding of excellent service, is preferred.

We need 3–4 people for tasks such as cooking, baking, plating, serving, dishwashing, and providing a friendly customer experience. Proficiency in English, German, or Dutch is a plus, as these are the largest tourist groups in the area.

Experience with alcohol handling and HACCP training (for proper handling of ingredients and personal hygiene) is advantageous. Some positions require you to be over 20 years old.

We are open to both young individuals with little experience but high drive and ambition, as well as more experienced candidates. We have had successful bakers in recent seasons and are looking for similar profiles.

We will begin with one week of planning and training before the season starts on July 1st. The season runs until August 31st.

We are open every day from 11:00 to 20:00, with potential evening events.

The first year of selling our own snaps was a major success. If you can act as an English-speaking guide in the distillery, it would be a significant advantage. We are also inaugurating our new bar around the same time, so a combination of bartender and server duties would be perfect.
