Do you want to help develop our restaurant and hotel operations? We are now looking for a driven and engaged Head Chef who wants to take responsibility for the daily operation of our kitchen and contribute to creating high-quality dining experiences.

About the Role

As our Head Chef, you have overall responsibility for the kitchen and daily operations. You lead and plan the work in the kitchen while ensuring quality, economy, and structure in daily tasks.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for the daily operation of the kitchen
• Staff planning and scheduling
• Menu development and concept work
• Self-control and food hygiene
• Inventory and cost calculation
• Orders and cost control
• Catering and events such as weddings and conferences

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience leading a kitchen
• Is creative and has a genuine interest in food and menu development
• Has good economic understanding and experience with cost calculations
• Is structured and accustomed to self-control procedures
• Is a confident leader who can motivate and develop staff
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

We are a family-run hotel with 13 rooms, welcoming hotel guests, conference attendees, and restaurant visitors. We also host catering, weddings, and other events.
