We are opening a new Texas-inspired steakhouse restaurant in Halmstad. We want to create a warm and personal experience with high energy, good pace, and a team that works together – for real.

We are now looking for 2 waitresses, where one of the positions also involves some extra responsibility in the daily operations.

Job responsibilities (waitress)

• Welcome and serve guests with a high sense of service
• 
  
• Orders, serving, and upselling
• 
  
• Collaboration with the kitchen and bar for smooth flow

Extra responsibility (for 1 of the positions) – for example:

• Be a “go-to” person during shifts and support colleagues as needed
• 
  
• Assist with simple planning/structure during service (e.g., table placements, pace, communication)
• 
  
• Ensure that routines are followed and that service maintains its level

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in serving (a la carte experience is a plus)
• 
  
• Is social, quick, and enjoys a fast pace
• 
  
• Is responsible and a team player
• 
  
• For the role with extra responsibility: feels comfortable leading in the moment without being a “boss”
