About the Position

The Rosenberg school area consists of three schools in Tidaholm municipality; Rosenberg School F-6, Ekedalens School F-6, and Fröjereds School F-3. Fröjered is surrounded by beautiful nature and is located about 10 kilometers from central Tidaholm.

We are now looking for a licensed teacher for grades F-3, the position is based at Fröjereds School. The position is a full-time fixed-term employment starting according to agreement. The contract will last for one school year starting in the autumn of 2026.

With us, you will work both independently and together with teams and management to develop the operations towards common goals. We place the child at the center throughout the school day. We have a positive attitude towards the abilities of students and colleagues, and we constantly reflect on how we as adults can positively influence the teaching we provide. We take collegial responsibility for ensuring that our students experience safety, well-being, and develop the knowledge needed for lifelong learning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the required education and certification for the position. You have several years of experience working as a class teacher. Experience in B-school is an advantage. As a person, you are confident and independent, while also possessing good collaborative skills.

You also have the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Furthermore, you work towards a good working environment for your students as well as your colleagues, and you are a creative team player. You have the ability to create a safe and structured learning environment for the students. It is important that you can maintain boundaries firmly while also being able to adapt teaching to the different needs of the students.
