About the Position

We are now seeking retirees who want to work extra at Löfbergs. The different roles we are looking for are:

Machine Operator in the Palletizing Department:

As a machine operator in the palletizing department, you will work in production, which means your tasks will include forklift driving, system management, addressing minor operational disruptions, 5S, and ensuring that the production flow is optimal. Much of the work is handled by machines, and it is your responsibility to ensure everything runs smoothly and that production maintains the right quality.

Machine Operator in Production:

You will work in production, which means you will get to work with several different machines with varying tasks. Since Löfbergs applies rotation in the workgroup, you will have the opportunity to learn several different processes. Much of the work is handled by machines, and it is your responsibility to ensure everything runs smoothly and that production maintains high quality.

In your role as a machine operator in the palletizing department or production, your main tasks will include:

Supervision of machines
Problem-solving
System management
Quality control
Forklift driving

Warehouse/Logistics:

You will primarily work with order picking, sorting, and loading/unloading goods. Service, planning, and problem-solving are a significant part of your work to ensure an efficient and results-oriented approach.

In all roles, work in and management of Löfbergs' business system, forklift driving, and work with food safety are included. This requires that you have computer skills and a forklift license.

Process Operator:

As a process operator at Löfbergs, you will work to monitor and ensure that the manufacturing process operates well and efficiently according to established guidelines. You will work with planning, preparation, and execution of the process to achieve production goals together with your colleagues. To ensure the flow and quality of the process, you will collaborate with other departments, which places high demands on your communication skills.

In your role as a process operator, some of your tasks will include:

Roasting and grinding coffee
Monitoring control systems
Analyzing the process
Conducting safety rounds

About You

You have a good understanding that your work effort is important for a successful end product. You enjoy working with other people and gladly spread positive energy among colleagues while contributing to good collaboration. Your solution-focused and flexible personality will be appreciated as you easily adapt to changing tasks, workgroups, or shifts depending on customer needs.

Furthermore, we see that you have a desire to keep your workplace organized and you have a good awareness of quality. As a person, you are responsible, proactive, and eager to show initiative by contributing that little extra and identifying improvement opportunities.
