You will work within our business area Hardware & Design where we combine broad engineering expertise with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to large-scale production.

• You will work with mechanical design and product development

• Analyze and break down technical problems to find the best solutions together with your team

• Take responsibility in projects and share your knowledge while independently taking responsibility for your own work

• Work with continuous integration and delivery as central parts of your role

Qualifications We are looking for someone who enjoys wrestling with tricky technical challenges and analyzing. You like to break down these challenges together with the team to reach the best solution. You are a person who enjoys sharing your knowledge while being able to independently drive your own work forward. In addition to your personal qualities, you need to have the following:

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or product development

• At least 4 years of experience working as a mechanical designer, in construction and product development

• Good knowledge of CAD and PDM systems

• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English

• Experience from working in the defense industry is a plus

Practical Information This is a permanent position, located at our office in Karlstad, Gräsdalsgatan 3. In spring 2026, we will move to new fresh premises centrally in Karlstad. Travel in the service may occur to our clients. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
