Your Role

As an electromechanical designer, you will cover a very broad technical area between mechanics and electronics. Our task is to innovatively and professionally integrate electronics against external influences, as specified in project-defined environmental specifications. As a designer, you will be involved throughout the entire chain, from idea to finished product. Development takes place in project form, varying in size and scope, which requires your ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a positive and open attitude. We prefer that you have a university degree or a master's degree in electromechanics. Candidates with a background in mechanical engineering, but with a strong interest in electromechanics, or equivalent work experience are also highly relevant for this position. Experience with CAD is a requirement.

The work involves many points of contact, both within the company and with suppliers and customers. Therefore, it is important that you have good communication skills and find it easy to collaborate. You express yourself well in both spoken and written language, in both Swedish and English.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
