About the Unit
The Command and Control School, LedSS, trains future officers and other personnel to meet the entire Armed Forces' needs. The school is a combat school and a competence center for joint operations, leadership at strategic and operational levels, as well as impact in the information environment and the cyber domain. We support all branches of the armed forces; the army, navy, and air force. The Logistics Section at LedSS is a logistics resource and support for training, method development, leadership training, and exercises.
Main Responsibilities
You will be part of a team of three commanders who together or individually solve assigned tasks. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of supporting visiting units/agencies with command services such as catering/accommodation/travel. Support is also provided within LedSS.
In daily operations, you are also prepared to contribute to the section's overall tasks.

- Officer's degree
- Driving license B
- Good ability to express oneself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.
- Good computer skills

Personal Qualities
The position requires that you have the ability to work independently, take personal responsibility and initiative, and structure your work effectively. You also need to have a very good ability to collaborate in your team and be service-minded in contact with representatives from other activities within the Command and Control School and the Armed Forces and civilian authorities. As a person, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have a great ability to switch pace and work under short time constraints. To thrive in our team, you are curious, unpretentious, and inclusive in your demeanor. You have good physical fitness as there is some physical work involved.
As a representative of the Armed Forces, you are a role model as an individual. You respect and uphold the Armed Forces' values based on openness, results, and responsibility.
