We are looking for a coordinator who wants to work closely with our Aftermarket Manager and become an important coordinating function in our Aftermarket department.

The Role – Aftermarket Coordinator
The role is a combination of administrative coordination, planning, and technical support.
You will support the Aftermarket Manager and service team, helping to keep service assignments, spare parts issues, and internal processes organized.
As a coordinator with us, you will
· Plan and coordinate service assignments together with the Aftermarket Manager and service technicians
· Manage documentation, materials, and administration related to service cases
· Follow up on deliveries, materials, and invoicing documentation
· Be the point of contact internally and with customers regarding planning and status
· Prepare spare parts quotes and support spare parts sales as needed
· Contribute to structure, follow-up, and improvement of working methods within aftermarket
This is not a specialist role – but you need to be technically interested and comfortable working closely with technology.

We are looking for you
You are organized, communicative, and enjoy having many points of contact.
You thrive in a supportive role where you can create order, help others, and contribute to the smooth operation of the business.
We believe you have:
- High school or post-secondary education, preferably technical or administrative
- Experience in coordination, administration, or planning (service/industry is a merit)
- Basic technical understanding and interest in technology
- Good Swedish and English in both speech and writing
- Driver's license (B)
- Experience with business systems and PDM systems is a merit (we use Monitor and Vault).
Great importance is placed on personality. You do not need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you are structured, responsible, and eager to develop. You drive the work forward with good prioritization skills and a focus on getting things done.
