As a logistics coordinator at Lantmännen Biorefineries, you will plan and coordinate deliveries, ensure quality, and contribute to smooth flows between production, customers, and carriers. About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting at least 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Lantmännen Biorefineries.

💼 Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator at Lantmännen Biorefineries, you will be part of a team with three other colleagues. You will have a central responsibility to ensure that products are delivered correctly, on time, and with high quality, and you will work closely with both internal departments and external partners such as customers, carriers, and ports. The role involves being an important link in the entire supply chain – from planning and order management to documentation, invoicing, and delivery.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute physical deliveries according to customer orders and production plans

• Be responsible for order management, reporting orders via the business system M3, inventory planning, and invoicing documentation

• Coordinate and manage vessel deliveries and procurement of transport solutions

• Ensure correct documentation for customer and purchase orders

• Collaborate internally with production, sales, and warehousing

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Academic education with a focus on logistics or equivalent several years of work experience in a similar role as a logistics coordinator • Good knowledge of Excel and general IT skills • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Experience with ADR is an advantage

You are meticulous, social, and communicative with strong logical thinking, which allows you to quickly understand and handle complex tasks within sales logistics. Since the work with tankers is unique, we value your ability to quickly learn new processes and manage rapid changes in planning, even if you have less previous experience. You have good IT skills and see digital tools as a natural part of your work. Your structured work style allows you to effectively follow up on cases and contribute to smooth flows within the team while developing new solutions and improvements. Your social and outgoing abilities enable you to engage colleagues and partners in your work.
