We are currently seeking a treatment educator (awake night) for HVB Villa Nora, where joy, responsibility, and commitment permeate everything we do.

About the position
Villa Nora is a residential home for girls aged 10-14 who have been in unsuitable environments, committed minor offenses, experimented with drugs, and exhibit outwardly aggressive behavior.
The residence is located about 5 km outside Uppsala.
We work based on learning psychological principles and evidence-based methods with a focus on CBT. With the help of clarifying pedagogy, we create structure and safety, which helps clients understand their daily lives and take responsibility for their development.
As a night treatment educator at Villa Nora, you will primarily work with:
- Safety-creating activities, such as supervision and care
- Health and social care interventions
- Documentation
- Daily chores are also included in the role
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in this role, we hope you can easily build relationships and have good collaboration skills.
We primarily seek someone who is a treatment educator/social educator and has experience working in residential care. We also welcome interest from those with other qualifications such as social worker, behavioral scientist, or other documented experience.
It is also advantageous if you:
- Have experience working with treatment for children and youth within the target group
- Have experience in CBT or other evidence-based methods
- Have experience in documentation work and medication management
Other
A valid driver's license is required
We place great importance on personal suitability.
You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.
A background check from the Police Authority is always required before employment.
About the employment
Working hours and employment rate: 89%, awake night.
Salary: According to agreement, and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
